New EBF Member Portal Now Available


On July 15, 2019, the CSEA Employee Benefit Fund (EBF) launched a new web-based tool to help our members better access and use their EBF benefits.

The new tool, accessible on the EBF’s website, allows members to review their account details, update personal information, add or remove dependents, order new EBF ID cards, and securely submit EBF enrollment documents.

In order to use the new function, EBF members just need to follow just a few easy steps on the main web page to register and confirm their information. Making sure your EBF membership information is updated has never been easier! All EBF members are encouraged to register now and review the information that the EBF has on file to confirm accuracy.
